Lawyer Biography
Stephanie McDonald has over 16 years of experience as a trial attorney in personal injury, domestic relations and criminal defense law.  She is licensed in the state of Georgia in both federal and state courts.  Mrs. McDonald has been recognized as one of the Top 100 Trials Lawyers in South Dakota; is recognized by Super Lawyers Rising Star for personal injury; and has served on both state and federal law committees in both personal injury, criminal defense, and family law.  Stephanie McDonald served on the Federal Criminal Justice Panel as the District Representative for seven (7) years prior to moving to Georgia.  She has handled all types of felonies and misdemeanors in both federal and state courts.  Mrs. McDonald graduated from the University of South Dakota School of Law in 2000 where she received an appellate argument  award as a Moot Court Board member and served as the Business Manager.  Mrs. McDonald worked as an associate attorney for three years and was a law partner for eight years at a law firm in South Dakota. Mrs. McDonald practiced law as a solo practitioner for three years before relocating to Georgia.
